Tritex Sports Shipping & Returns
Our postage system is easy to understand. Postage is added at the checkout stage depending on how many items you have and respective weights. You are then able to choose your preferred method of postage.
European delivery can be chosen by selecting Europe. Delivery outside Europe can be chosen by selecting World Wide.
(Please note any UK electrical item is likely to be 230-240v and are not suitable for the USA, this includes PC & Console Games soon to be featured on site).
UK items will be posted in most cases within 24 hours and with you within 48-72 hrs. International post can be delayed by a number of factors but in the main will be with you in 7-10 days despite most items being dispatched within 24hrs. Please be aware though that at seasonal & busy postage time’s international post can take up to 28 days. If there are delays in orders going out we will notify customer immediately and should a parcel not arrive for any reason within time parameters above please feel free to notify us so we can chase it up. If we cannot agree on another time, we will offer the customer a refund.
We reserve the right to choose the method of postage. Alternative equivalents may be chosen regardless of the method decided at the checkout area.
Postage is calculated based on units which incorporates weight and built in packaging costs to ensure your item arrives safely!
Each item is represented by a unit denomination so as such one item represents 1 x Unit (this is generally the case in all rubbers/ bats etc) so if your buying 10 items you can approximately calculate your P&P beforehand using these P&P units. Larger items will have a larger Unit Value attributed to them but should be easily visible at checkout and we believe the P&P rates are a reasonable reflection of current portage charges.

*As guide most larger item Tables/ Basketball Nets/ Garden Furniture will be the only items to have a Postal unit value of 500 applied to them due to size and intricacies of delivery. Also many of these items will not Be available to be shipped overseas unless by prior arrangement.
Also as a special bonus for our customers some items have free postage these are specified on the items in question and will not calculate in any basket weight calculation.
(In most instances this will only apply to UK deliveries and again we reserve the right to advise customers if a charge needs to be applied due to delivery specifications outside these parameters)!
Tritex Sports Refund Policy
Wherever possible we will work with you on items that have been purchased incorrectly or on items you are dissatisfied with upon receipt. However, all refunds are solely at the discretion of tritex-games.co.uk and unfortunately costs incurred on postage & packaging of goods are unlikely to be refunded except under exceptional circumstances.
If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), will be that we will look to support your claim wherever possible as noted above.
Also, where a consumer exercises their cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.
